Antek Madison Plastics Corp. is one of North America's leading plastic recyclers. Headquartered in Toronto, the company was established in 1994 and has grown to include facilities in Chicago and Atlanta.

Antek Madison recognized their operational need to find an improved method of tracking their inventory and of transferring that information into their financial accounting system. This required them to begin the task of streamlining their processes and eliminating as many manual processes as they could.

To facilitate this operational evolution, Antek Madison chose Sage Accpac and Sage CRM as their software toolkit to help them achieve this goal. They unfortunately hit a road block when their initial Accpac partner of choice was unable to develop and deliver the solution that could work within Antek Madison's existing business processes, as required.

John Ioannou considered pulling the plug on the whole project but instead, he decided he needed a different partner to help him create the solution according to his vision. Second Foundation was ready to help build the solution John needed and the project was restarted from scratch. The project was delivered in a fraction of the time that the previous partner had been working on it.

This combination of John's ingenuity and Second Foundation's ERP and CRM and industry expertise have resulted in Antek Madison being able to reduce their administrative team by 5 full time positions.
