OUR Support COMMUNITY
When everything is working as designed, Second Foundation will shift from the implementation phase to a support phase. We want to make these first few days and weeks as painless as possible for your staff. Our consultants will remain on-site to deal with end user questions and problems during your first days with the new software. This period can be as short or long as you deem necessary. Additional assistance will be available as you begin the more complicated processes and procedures of your operations, so that you have support when you need it the most.
We continue our Support program well past implementation, offering updates and opportunities to attend our User Groups as valued members of our community.
