After many weeks, the project teams efforts are realized when the system goes live. Our consultants work side-by-side with your staff to ensure this culmination is efficient and well coordinated. Our consultants will be on site as outlined in the project plan - working on final data conversions, answering questions, and helping in any way they are needed.

When everything is working as designed, Second Foundation we will shift from the implementation to a support role. Second Foundation wants to make these first few days and weeks as painless as possible for your staff. Our consultants will remain on-site to deal with end user questions and problems during your first days with the new software. This period can be as short or long as you deem necessary. Additional assistance will be available as you begin the more complicated processes and procedures of your operations, so that you have the support when you need it most.
