Every implementation requires a substantial investment in training your staff. Second Foundation consultants work throughout the entire project to invest your employees with knowledge of this software and how it works. This training provides a unique experience for the end user because it goes beyond procedures and keystrokes. Your employees have the opportunity to be one-on-one with a consultant who best knows the application. The end user also has the opportunity to become familiar with the entire software system from setup through daily processing. Also, the end user will get specialized training on any customizations made to their financial solution. Usually, we have a classroom refresher training right before the 'go live' date - this gives everyone a chance to review the new procedures.
